Citizen journalists and writers have become common place on the web. Perhaps they are considering blogs, but you are not sure of how to enter the world of online journal. As the medium has grown, I thought that a good idea would be to put together some general guidelines for new bloggers and reminders to veteran bloggers practice blogs. There is no Emily post in blogs that offers advice for tag or a Miss Manners that details appropriate behavior. That doesn't mean that they are not acceptable and unacceptable actions that must be bloggers.
