Students in the class of Zoe Manzo 2-5 in sand point took the lead in helping to find a school mascot. ??Students brainstormed and searched for appropriate mascots and still had a visit from Archivist a Seattle schools. ?After limiting the list, they formed groups to develop a presentation focusing on one of the mascots and why it would be a good choice for Sandy point. ?Used a planning worksheet to record the reasons, write the script and assign parts before using Photo Story 3 to create your projects. ?Students committed, practiced diligently and persevered throughout their collaboration. ? Each student is very proud of its contribution to the final products and can't wait to see which mascot will win. ?Permission to post the students ' work online was received of all parents, so you can see your videos and vote from Sand Point site (2/18). ?
