New Zealand favorite Penguin visitor has received the Office of health to be returned to nature.
The news comes five weeks after it was found on a beach of more than 2,000 miles of his Antarctic home.
Penguin Emperor, nicknamed Happy Feet, has been recovering in Wellington Zoo since soon after that it was discovered in the North of the island. It is the first Penguin Emperor found in nature in New Zealand in 44 years.
He became ill after eating sand, which can be mistaken for snow.
