New Zealand has worn out his famous black band from 1884 the Rugby Football Union (RFU) have insisted that New Zealand hosts are happy to carry a new black team in the World Cup for England.
Strip of change New England - the same color as all black in 127 years of New Zealand jersey - will be used in his party of opening against Argentina.
A spokesman for the RFU said: "We believe that the black shirt will be popular with supporters".
England wear their traditional white strip in other group matches.
There must be a clash in the later rounds, I could return the new kit in black.
Designers have emerged with the idea of a black kit to replace the current grey 18 months ago and, aware of New Zealand historical association with the colour, approached officials of the country to obtain its approval.
The New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) said have no compunction with England wearing the Strip, which was announced in August.
England, who wore a strip controversial purple return in 2009, wear black kit for the first time in their first match in the warm-up against Wales World Cup on August 6.
The RFU are insurance that fans of the host country which is not offended by England wore a black strip - the first time they have done in its history.
"England are bound by the agreement of participation in Rugby World Cup to a change in the Strip," a spokesman for the RFU continued.
"And, fully aware of the importance of a black shirt to players New Zealand and population in general, totally we have consulted with the NZRU, who confirmed that there are no problems."
"England, therefore, wear the black shirt against Argentina in the stadium of Otago in Dunedin on September 10 due to a clash with the blue and white of the Cougars."
